Choose your codes and location. Get current rates in a sheet your team can use. Replace the repeated searching, copying, and checking with a reference that’s ready when you need it.
- Start with your code list
- Use the codes your team actually bills. Keep the location, service dates, and care setting consistent across the whole sheet.
- See the changes that matter
- Put the previous and current rates side by side. Spot increases, decreases, and codes that need a closer look.
- Finish with a useful handoff
- Print a clear reference for the workstation, billing desk, or team meeting. Keep the code, name, and price together.

Location, handled
You know your ZIP. We’ll find the locality.
Medicare uses payment localities, not just city or state names. Enter the practice ZIP and FeeBase looks up the match—one less detail to research before you get to the rate.
Some ZIPs cross locality boundaries. When more detail is needed, add ZIP+4 to narrow the match.

The reference for your location
Ready for your code list
The matched locality stays with the result, so your whole list uses the same geographic basis.
From update to everyday use
Finish the update. Keep the explanation.
An urgent care team needs its everyday visit and procedure codes close at hand. A practice reviewing its fees needs to see how those codes have changed. The same reference should serve both.
01
Start with your codes
Choose the services your team actually uses, the practice location, and the dates you want to compare.
02
Review what changed
See the old and current Medicare amounts together. Identify the items that need a closer look before you replace the reference.
03
Put it where the work happens
Print a readable sheet for the workstation or billing desk. Keep the answers close instead of repeating the lookup.
Checked before you use it
Current rates. Clean data. A source behind every number.
Your team needs a reference it can trust. FeeBase checks CMS releases before they reach the lookup, and keeps the source with the result.
Inside our data- The right release for the date
- Your service date selects the applicable fee schedule. Historical releases stay available, so a past rate doesn’t quietly become today’s rate.
- Validated before it reaches your workflow
- Release versions, source files, and imported records are checked before a dataset is accepted for lookup.
- An answer you can verify
- The rate keeps its CMS release and locality mapping. See the geography date too, including when an earlier mapping was used.

$149
Good questions. Clear answers.
What’s included in the $149 update?
One code list and locality, with a printable fee sheet and a comparison of what changed. The update is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Can I use my existing code list?
Yes. Start with your own list. We’ll confirm the dates and location before preparing the update. Tell us about your team and how you plan to use the sheet when you request access.
What if a code has no rate?
Unresolved codes are flagged for review. A missing rate is never filled in with zero or a guess.
Which years can I compare?
FeeBase contains Physician Fee Schedule releases from 2025 onward. The coverage page lists the exact periods and geography sources.
