The free lookup provides reference amounts for supported CMS Physician Fee Schedule data. Coverage, source versions, and calculation limits are described on the coverage page and alongside results.

Reference rates are not guaranteed claim payments, patient estimates, commercial contract rates, or billing advice. You are responsible for checking the applicable source, payer requirements, service date, and claim circumstances before acting on a result.

Do not submit patient information, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access. Availability and supported coverage may change.

Results identify the CMS source releases used. Third-party code sets and source materials may carry separate rights and restrictions. These terms do not grant a license to third-party materials or permission for bulk redistribution. Follow the terms accompanying the applicable source.

Fee-sheet updates cost $149. API access costs $199 for 30 days. Joining the waitlist does not collect payment or create a paid service agreement.
