FeeBase collects only the information needed to run the lookup and follow up on access requests.

Contact messages store your email, message, and submission time so we can respond. Access requests store your name, email, phone number, company, role, intended use, timeline, selected offer, price shown, and request timestamps. We also record the audience, referral source, campaign, or action supplied with your request so we can understand which offer brought you here.

The lookup processes the codes, location, dates, and settings you provide to return reference rates. Do not include patient information. Web hosting and application logs may record technical request details, such as an IP address and requested URL.

We use your request to understand your needs, prioritize access, and follow up about your selected offer by email or phone. Your request is confirmed on screen, and stored in our database for follow-up.

Request records are stored in FeeBase’s database. Hosting infrastructure processes requests and stores application data. No third-party analytics service has been added to this site.

The site uses session and security cookies to support forms and prevent forged requests. We retain contact messages while handling your enquiry and access requests while following up on your selected offer, unless you request deletion. Technical logs are retained according to the hosting configuration.
