How is 77307 distinguished from 77306?

Both describe teletherapy isodose planning, but 77307 is the complex level and 77306 is the simple level. Use the documented planning features and applicable CPT criteria to select the level.

Can 77300 be reported for the dosimetry calculation?

The basic dosimetry calculation is included in 77307. Do not separately report 77300 for that same calculation.

When should modifier 26 or TC be used?

Use modifier 26 for the professional interpretation and modifier TC for the technical portion involving equipment and staff. A claim without either modifier represents the global service.
