Checked before you use it
Current rates. Clean data. A source behind every number.
Your team needs a reference it can trust. FeeBase checks CMS releases before they reach the lookup, and keeps the source with the result.
Inside our data- The right release for the date
- Your service date selects the applicable fee schedule. Historical releases stay available, so a past rate doesn’t quietly become today’s rate.
- Validated before it reaches your workflow
- Release versions, source files, and imported records are checked before a dataset is accepted for lookup.
- An answer you can verify
- The rate keeps its CMS release and locality mapping. See the geography date too, including when an earlier mapping was used.

$199
Good questions. Clear answers.
What does FeeBase Pro cost?
$199 a month for your practice, month to month. The rate lookup, calculators and guides stay free.
What can I upload?
Payer agreements, fee schedule exhibits and spreadsheets of contracted rates. Contracts written as different percentages for E/M, procedures, imaging or labs are read category by category, and fixed rate tables are matched to Medicare code by code. Please never upload patient information.
Can I start from my existing code list?
Yes. Paste or upload the codes you bill, and every fee sheet and analysis starts from that list.
How does the AI analyst get its answers?
It reads only your uploaded contracts and FeeBase’s Medicare data, and every answer links to the clause and CMS source row it used.
What if a code has no Medicare rate?
It’s flagged for review. A missing rate is never filled in with zero or a guess.
